PlayStation 3 Wireless Sixaxis Controller

I was overjoyed when Sony announced that their next generation controller would be the same configuration as it's predecessor. Some may be dismayed at the controller's lack of vibration function - but I've found the change to be very refreshing. After so many years on the Dualshock versions, I was happy to go back to the light weight feeling of the original Playstation.
The addition of wireless technology has become that much more liberating, and it has surprising range and precision as well. I have stood up to 35 feet from my system, through interior and exterior walls and still had excellent control.
Motion sensing continues to be the new rage in this next generation of gaming, and this little controller has that packed in as well. As well as this new motion technology comes an improved pressure sensitivity - highly noticeable to the everyday Dualshock user. I highly recommend avoiding third party controllers at the moment; their compatibility and features tend to be somewhat limited in comparison to the official Sony controller.

Overall, Sony has continued the Playstation tradition with it's classic controller scheme; something myself and millions of others have grown up with since 1995. Get more detail about PlayStation 3 Wireless Sixaxis Controller.
