It's a Sony ps3 controller. What do you want? It beats all the 3rd party ones.
If you have a problem that's been going around - it may not be a broken unit.
The problem i mean is the one where the controller functions fine except for when pressing the playstation button - then the dpad works but the buttons don't.
The SOLUTION to that "dpad only" or "buttons don't work on ps3 menu" or "buttons don't work after pressing ps3 button" problem is simply to pop the R2/L2 triggers out. They can get jammed ever so slightly and count as being "pressed" when they aren't. Pull upward on the triggers and you will feel them come unjammed.Get more detail about PlayStation 3 Wireless Sixaxis Controller.
